We accept orders by e-mail, fax or in writing. We confirm the order by e-mail or fax with the indication "Confirmation of order".

Prices

All prices are indicated in EURO currency. We reserve the right to change these without notice.
The prices are ex-works and do not include transport and package costs, duty or any applicable taxes. We may quote also in other currencies than EURO upon request.
The prices shown on our website are not valid in case you order via a reseller.

Payment conditions

We accept wire transfer, credit card (VISA or MASTER), and cheque in EUR and other currencies.
The payment conditions are net prices within 30 days. Export terms are strictly by letter of credit for values greater than 3000 EUR or cheque as well as bank transfer in advance.

Shipment

Shipment of BATOP goods in Germany is a discretion of BATOP. We do not take responsibility for any delays by the shipper. Without any notice we insure the goods against loss and/or damage with additional costs. Until such time as the goods are paid in full, we remain the rightful owner of same.

Warranty

BATOP goods are warranted to be free from defects and to work in the manner specified for a period of 12 months from date of shipment.
