If very small high reflective mirrors with dimensions of only a few millimeters are needed then
single crystalline AlAs/GaAs Bragg mirrors on GaAs chips are appropriate.
A single crystalline GaAs wafer as substrate has a very smooth surface and a good
thermal conductivity of 55 W/(m*K). It can be cutted into small quadratic or rectangular chips.
We provide unmounted Bragg mirrors with a standard substrate thickness of 450 µm
